These terms govern your use of the GroCORN.io website (the "Site"), operated from Toronto, Canada. By using the Site you agree to these terms. The GroCORN mobile application, when launched, will be governed by its own terms of service.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use the Site to transmit malicious code or unsolicited communications.

Waitlist and communications

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the GroCORN platform, pricing, or any particular launch date. Roadmap information on the Site describes current plans and may change without notice. By joining the waitlist you consent to receiving related updates; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Intellectual property

The GroCORN name, logo, wordmark, and all Site content — including text, graphics, and product imagery — are owned by GroCORN.io or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use them without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to improve our products without obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Forward-looking statements about the platform, market, or roadmap are not promises of future performance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroCORN.io will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to CAD $100.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
